Summary in one line: No account, no email, no ads, no third-party trackers. We use only essential cookies and a minimal anonymous device signal to run the free trial fairly. We never sell your data.

1. Who we are

MAXPAIN.trade is a free crypto-derivatives analytics service operated from Spain. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].

2. What we collect

Essential cookie — a signed, HttpOnly session cookie that identifies your device so your trial state and language preference persist. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Anonymous device signal — a lightweight browser fingerprint and first-seen timestamp, used only to run the free trial fairly (so it cannot be reset endlessly by wiping cookies). It is not linked to your identity and is not shared.
Exchange UID — if you choose to verify, we store the exchange UID you submit and which exchange it belongs to, to unlock and maintain your access. A UID is a public account number, not a credential.
IP address — processed transiently for rate-limiting, abuse prevention, and approximate device identification. We do not build advertising profiles.
Aggregate metrics — privacy-friendly daily counters (visits, new devices, verifications) with no external analytics provider.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not ask for your name, email, password, or payment details. We never request your exchange API keys, passwords, or private keys through the public site. We do not run Google Analytics, ad networks, or third-party tracking pixels.

4. How we use it

Solely to operate the Service: keep you logged into your trial/verified state, prevent trial abuse, verify affiliate referrals, prevent API abuse, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

5. Third parties

Market data is fetched by our server from public exchange APIs — your browser is not exposed to those third parties for tracking. When you click a partner exchange referral link, you leave our site and the exchange's own privacy policy applies. If the AI assistant is enabled, your question and the live market snapshot are sent to our AI provider to generate a response; do not include personal or sensitive information in AI chats.

6. Data retention

Trial/device records and verified UIDs are retained while your access is active. Aggregate counters are retained indefinitely in anonymous form. You may request deletion of your device record or verified UID at any time (see below).

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because we hold minimal, largely anonymous data and no email, the fastest way to exercise these rights is to email us the exchange UID or approximate visit details so we can locate the record. 8. Security

Cookies are signed and HttpOnly; the site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we minimise the data we hold precisely to reduce risk.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
