MAXPAIN.trade ("MAXPAIN", "we", "the Service") is a free web application that aggregates and displays publicly available cryptocurrency derivatives data — open interest, funding rates, liquidations, options max-pain and estimated liquidation heatmaps — sourced from third-party exchanges. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on MAXPAIN constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We do not predict prices. The AI assistant explains market structure; it does not forecast outcomes. Trading crypto derivatives carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Data comes from third-party exchange APIs and is cached and aggregated. We strive for accuracy and use primary sources, but we do not warrant that any figure is complete, current, or error-free. Heatmap clusters are explicitly labelled "estimated". Do not rely on the Service as your sole source of truth; verify against your exchange.
MAXPAIN is free forever and has no subscription and no ads. We are funded by exchange affiliate/referral commissions. When you create an account on a partner exchange using our referral link and verify your exchange UID, the exchange shares a portion of its trading-fee revenue with us — at no extra cost to you. You typically receive a fee discount and/or bonus as the referred user. Verifying a UID that is genuinely registered under our code unlocks premium features. We do not charge you and we never take a cut of your funds.
There is no email/password login. Access is tracked anonymously on your device and, optionally, tied to a verified exchange UID. You must submit only a UID that belongs to you. Submitting false, stolen, or third-party UIDs, or attempting to game the verification or trial system, may result in loss of access.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data gaps, or losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAXPAIN and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is operated from Spain and governed by Spanish and applicable European Union law. Crypto-asset services in the EU are subject to evolving regulation (including MiCA). It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with the laws of your own country.
